Choose from drawing, sand-play or Lego, which ever you feel you are able to engage with. No talking required, just play!

A modern approach

A gentle non-intrusive form of therapy, art therapy allows you to work at your own pace to explore what you desire. Session lengths range from 30 minutes to 1 hour dependent on age.

Drawing

It all begins with an idea. Drawing provides the opportunity to powerfully express yourself through your own art work. You don’t have to worry about being great at drawing to express yourself, your pencil strokes are unique to you and every mark that you make will be part of your own personal healing journey. Whatever it maybe. Telling your story your way is all that matters.

Lego

Lego provides the opportunity to powerfully express yourself through the creation of an imaginary world. It encourages expression and stimualtes an individuals creativity as well as helping to develop fine motor skills and hand-eye co-ordination.

Sand-play

A hugely popular option with young children, sand-play provides a sensory experience. Great for those with Sensory Processing Disorder, sand-play can be extremely calming and providing a tactile way to play out those innermost feelings.
